Terressa Jeffers, 57, of Pomeroy

Terressa Jeffers, 57, of Pomeroy, died Wednesday, January 29, 2020 at Holzer Medical Center in Gallipolis. 
Born February 23, 1962 in Pomeroy, Ohio, she was the daughter of Ruth Smith and the late Homer B. Smith. Terressa was a 1980 graduate of Meigs High School and was employed at Crows Restaurant in Pomeroy. She enjoyed many things in life but none more so than spending time with her grandchildren. 

Terressa is survived by three daughters, Sarah (Thurien) Carter, Brittany Jeffers and Holly Jeffers; six grandchildren; three sisters, Rebecca (Dane) Marshall, Diana (Michael) Ohlinger and Connie (Thomas) Roush; one brother Homer B. Smith Jr and a longtime friend Terry Barrett. 
Besides her father, she was preceded in death by her husband Howard T. Jeffers in 2010 and a sister Susie Marie Smith. 

Memorial services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday February 1, 2020 at the Ewing-Schwarzel Funeral Home in Pomeroy. Burial will be in the Beech Grove Cemetery in Pomeroy. Following the services all are invited back to the Ewing-Schwarzel Family Center for food and fellowship.
