A Middleton man was detained Tuesday morning when officers arrived at his home with an active out-of-county warrant.
Wildwood police arrested Luke Tyra Seymore, 30, at his home on Cunningham Path shortly before noon on October 27. An officer arrived at the address to serve a Marion County bench warrant for Seymore’s failure to appear in court for an arraignment on a charge of driving while his license was suspended or revoked.
After confirming the warrant with the Marion County Sheriff’s Office, the officer arrested Seymore. He was sent to Sumter County Detention Center, where he secured a $1,000 bond and was released.
