Winter Storm Watch in Forecast for Sunday/Monday

RACINE, Ohio – Meigs County and the surrounding areas are under a Winter Storm Watch in effect from Sunday, Jan. 16 through Monday morning on Jan. 17, 2022.

According to the National Weather Service, the Winter Storm watch means heavy snow is possible for Meigs County and the surrounding areas. A total snow accumulations of 4 to 7 inches is possible with up to 10 inches for higher elevations. Moderate to heavy snow will likely reduce visibility at times. The Winter Storm Watch includes portions of southeast Ohio, central and northeast and northern West Virginia.
