Nancy Carolyn Roller Cale, 83
Nancy Carolyn Roller Cale, 83, of Middleport, went to be with the Lord and Savior on, February 16, 2022, surrounded by her loving family. Born May 28, 1938, in Middleport, she was the daughter of the late Max and Dorothy Holmes Roller.
Nancy was a lifelong member of the Heath United Methodist Church, in Middleport, where she was a member of the choir, Eleanor Circle, and a cook for Men’s Business Rotary Club, with Billie Jo Krawsczyn. She was also a member of the Middleport Canasta Club Post 128, and a board member of the Middleport Arts Council. She also cooked for the American Legion.
She was a Middleport High School graduate, class of 1956. She graduated as an X-Ray technician from St. Joseph’s Hospital in Parkersburg, where she met and married her husband, Kenneth, in 1959.
Nancy had an adventurous life with Kenneth, who served twenty-three years in the Navy. They Lived up and down the Eastern Sea Coast until Ken retired in 1973, and they returned home to Middleport.
She is survived by her daughters, Marcia Seth, Melissa (Brian) Conde, and Megan (Raymond) Andrews, all of Middleport, and “her fourth daughter”, Debbie Coleman Holland, seven grandchildren, Jessica Reynolds, Drew Conde, Mason Conde, Tyler (Alissa) Andrews, Valerie (Bradley) Young, Dillan (Alyssa) Andrews, and Kaylee Phillis. Her pride and joy her five great-grandchildren, Trenton Hill, Kasen Andrews, Aubrielle Young, Jack Conde, Kohen Young, and Freya Andrews, a brother, Richard (Loretta) Roller, a sister, Martha Gress, a cousin, James Crow, her best friends, Billie Jo Krawscyn, Mary Wise, and Donna Byer, and numerous nieces and nephews also survive.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Cole, brother, James Roller, and sons-in-law, Kraig Arrington and Alan Seth.
Friends may call from 2-6 p.m. on Sunday, February 20, 2022 in the Cremeens-King Funeral Home, Pomeroy. Funeral services will be held the following day on Monday, February 21, 2022 in the Heath United Methodist Church, in Middleport, at 11 a.m, with Pastor Rod Brower and Pastor Will Luckeydoo officiating. Interment will follow in the Riverview Cemetery.
