Doris N. Ballard, 93

Doris N. Ballard, 93, of Bashan, Ohio, passed away Thursday, April 14, 2022, at Arcadia Nursing Center in Coolville, Ohio. 

She was born April 15, 1928, in Bashan, Ohio, daughter of the late Locie P. (Groves) and Grover C. White, Sr. Doris was a member of Red Brush Church of Christ and a 1945 graduate of Chester High School. 

She is survived by a daughter, Janet Chandler Baker; 3 grandchildren, Aaron Baker, Miriam Baker and Levi Baker. 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Albert Hill; second husband, Ralph Ballard; five sisters, Hazel White, Wilma Ballard, May Jones, Thelma Baysinger and Donna Baker and two brothers, Conard White and Grover White. 

Funeral services will be held at 4 p.m., Saturday, April 16, 2022 at White-Schwarzel Funeral Home in Coolville, Ohio. Burial will be in the White Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the funeral home one hour prior to the service.
