Meigs County voters turned out this election year with 69.69 percent participating. There are 14,916 registered voters in Meigs County and 10,395 of them exercised their right to vote with 4,469 of those voters choosing to vote early.

While most levy issues passed, Salisbury Township fire levy and a proposed levy and bond issue for Eastern Local were rejected by voters. Local liquor options were approved throughout the county.

Local elected officials were all uncontested and retained their seats. The county voted in line with the rest of Ohio, voting for Republicans across the board.
