A man wanted on a felony warrant out of Iowa was apprehended Saturday in Bollinger County, authorities said.
According to the Bollinger County Sheriff’s Office, deputies received information on September 13 that Michael Street, who had fled from parole, was in the county. The Iowa warrant required no bond.
Deputies and Missouri State Highway Patrol troopers located Street at a property on County Road 314. In addition to the Iowa warrant, he had two current warrants in Bollinger County for driving violations.
Street was arrested without incident and placed into the Bollinger County Jail, where he remains pending extradition.
Authorities stated that Street is deemed innocent until proven guilty.
