Police have detained a woman they say is responsible for a series of thefts in Columbus, Grove City, and Upper Arlington.
Angela Sizemore, 46, is charged with organized theft of retail property, receiving stolen property, refusal to comply, and 43 counts of misdemeanor and felony theft in connection with a string of events that occurred from May 29 to September 22, according to Columbus police.
She was detained on September 22. Sizemore had many warrants out for her arrest and she was reportedly driving a stolen Toyota at the time of her arrest. The alleged thefts totaled $39,711, according to police.
She appeared in Franklin County Municipal Court on Wednesday and was arraigned on 15 counts, according to court documents. The highest bond was issued at $100,000 for escaping and eluding, with the majority of other bonds ranging from $10,000 to $20,000.
