Police say a park in Luzerne County has been vandalized and will be closed until further notice.
Duryea Police announced on Sunday via their Facebook page that Healey Playground in Duryea will be closed until further notice. They claim the closure is due to a group of juveniles trashing the property and spreading waste about the park.
Three juveniles were arrested in relation to the incident. Police say more information about the arrests will be published at a later time.
Officials said they want to make sure the park is thoroughly cleaned and safe before it reopens to the public.
