A 29-year-old Akron woman told police she was robbed by three armed men after encountering one of them at a party last week.
According to a media release, the woman claimed she met a man at a party and later agreed to meet him at the Drake Apartments in Mayfield Heights. According to police, the man took her to his flat, then departed shortly before returning with two other men.
All three men were reportedly armed when they entered the residence and told the woman to use a cash app to transfer money. The suspects escaped in a gray Jeep.
According to police, one suspect, a 21-year-old man, is currently in jail.
