Newark, DE — Delaware State Police have named 54-year-old Wanda Montalvo of Wilmington as the victim in a deadly crash that occurred in Newark on Thursday.
Investigators from Troop 2’s Collision Reconstruction Unit are continuing to examine the circumstances surrounding the incident. Anyone who witnessed the crash or has information that could help the investigation is asked to contact Master Corporal R. Kunicki at 302-365-8417.
