Nationwide warrant out for sex offender that failed to register

ATHENS, Ohio – A sex offender is being sought for failing to comply with the registration according to the Athens County Sheriff’s Office.

The Athens Sheriff Rodney Smith is currently seeking the whereabouts of sex offender Bryan Neil Barnhart, 44. Barnhart currently has a nationwide warrant for failure to comply with sex offender registration. His last known address was listed as 8480 State Route 78, Glouster.
