Charles Lee Mulholland, 42, of Middleport, Ohio passed away July 7, 2014. Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 P.M. Saturday, July 12, 2014, at the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Vinton, Ohio with Wendy Caldwell officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home on Saturday one hour prior to services. Cremation will follow services on Saturday.
