Janet L. Werry, 32, of Long Bottom, Ohio (Chester Community), passed away on Monday, March 27, 2017 at the Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus. She was born on May 2, 1984 in Parkersburg, West Virginia to James “Jim” and June (Pullins) Ridenour.

Janet worked as a medical coder at the Camden Clark Hospital in Parkersburg and was a member of the FISH Crossfit. She enjoyed to ATV ride, boat, camp, and spend time at the beach. She was also an avid NASCAR fan, rooting for the 88 car.

She is survived by her husband, Brandon Werry; parents, Jim and June Ridenour; brothers, Lowell (Sharon) Ridenour, John (Melanie) Ridenour; father-in-law, Raymond Werry, sister-in-law, Morgan Werry and Kyle Gordon; four nephews, Joshua (Amber) Ridenour, Jacob (Lynsey) Ridenour, Zachery (Ciera) Ridenour, Tadd Riley; grandparents-in-law, Karen Werry and Bruce and Dorothy Myers; three great nieces and one great nephew; numerous aunts uncles and friends.

She is preceded in death by her mother-in-law, Joyce Werry, maternal grandparents, Okey and Mattie Pullins, paternal grandparents, Buel and Pauline Ridenour; brother, Jamie Ridenour; grandfather-in-law, Flip Werry; great nephew, Holden Ridenour and several aunts and uncles.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, March 31, 2017 at 11 a.m. at the Anderson McDaniel Funeral Home in Pomeroy with Pastor Randy Smith officiating. Burial will follow at the Meigs Memory Gardens. Visitation for family and friends will be held on Thursday, March 30, 2017 from 4-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
