MEIGS COUNTY, Ohio – There are several upcoming 2018 road projects in the county which will have some roads closed or limited to traffic.

Racine
With a project running from May 29 to an estimated completion date of August 31, 2018, a bridge is being replaced on County Road 29 also known as Bowmans Run Road. The location is .17 miles off of County Road 34 also known as Pine Grove Road.

A rockslide between Yellow Bush Road and McNickles Road on State Route 124 continues to be closed in both directions. The detour is State Route 124 to State Route 733 to US 33 to State Route 124. There is no set reopening date.

Pageville
A culvert replacement project begins on June 18, 2018 on State Route 684 in Meigs County. The project is taking place between SR 681 and County Road 692. One lane will be closed in this area and traffic will be maintained with temporary signals. An 11 foot width restriction will be in place. The estimated completion date is June 29, 2018.
