Meigs students present Broadway smash Guys and Dolls

POMEROY, Ohio – The Tony Award winning broadway musical, “Guys and Dolls” is coming to Meigs High School on April 12 and April 13, 2019.

The romantic-comedy is set in the late 1940’s in the heat of New York City’s gambling era. It involves the most unlikely pairings including a high rolling gambler and a strict missionary, a showgirl who dreams of the perfect life, and the man she has been engaged to for 14 years who is anything but.

This one of a kind show is friendly to all ages, and billed to “have you smiling all evening.” The audience will hear numbers like, “Luck Be A Lady”, “Bushel & A Peck”, and “I’ve Never Been in Love Before.”

The doors open at 6 p.m., and the show starts at 7 p.m. Admission at the door is $5 for all ages, and concessions will be sold.
