Truck and Tractor Pull set for June 28 at Fairgrounds

POMEROY, Ohio – Truck and Tractor Pulls are returning to the Meigs County Fairgrounds on June 28, 2019.

The Truck and Tractor Pull is sponsored by the Carmel-Sutton United Methodist Church and is set to begin at 6 p.m. The gates will open at 4 p.m. Admission to the pull is $5. Children 12 and under are admitted free of charge. Concessions will be available.

Classes to pull include: 8000 lb. Modified Street Diesel; 8500 lb. 20 MPH Diesel Truck; 8000 lb. Hot 1 Ton; 6000 lb. Modified Gas Truck; 5500 lb. Antique 3.5 MPH (Big Bend Rules); and 6000 lb. Modified Stock Tractor (AFPA). The Antique Class pays out $1,000. The prize purse per class is $600. There is a $25 Hook Fee. Pullers must have 3 ¾ x 3 hitch hole.
