RACINE, Ohio – Rain is expected to start off the week, but will give way to some sunshine later in the week.
According to the National Weather Service, a series of systems will bring rounds of rain this weekend. This will lead to strong rises of area creeks and rivers, which may result in high water issues. Poor drainage flooding and hydroplaning are also possible. This area is in a marginal risk for excessive rainfall Sunday through Sunday night.
