Nana’s kitchen: 3 ingredient peanut butter cookies
Greetings, home cooks, welcome to Nana’s kitchen. I will be sharing some thoughts, ideas, recipes, history,and hints. Hopefully you will enjoy these weekly articles.
A simple but tasty recipe,easy to include children in making, and great for my gluten free friend.
Three Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Mix peanut butter and sugar
Stir in remaining ingredients
Shape the dough into 1 inch balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Press with a fork to flatten slightly a criss cross pattern is traditional
Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes
Makes about 3 dozen

Hint: You may use parchment paper or baking sheets for easier clean up.
