Wind advisory through Friday

RACINE, Ohio – A wind advisory is in effect from 2 a.m. on March 25 to 3 p.m. on March 26 for Meigs County and the surrounding areas.

According to the National Weather Service, southwest winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts of 40 to 50 mph are expected. Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

Motorists are reminded to use extra caution when driving, especially if operating a high profile vehicle. Securing outdoor objects is recommended as well.
