Comedy Night with Drew Hastings and Jeff Oskay Coming to Blakeslee Center
MIDDLEPORT, Ohio – The Blakeslee Center in Middleport will be hosting Comedy Night with Drew Hastings and Jeff Oskay on Nov. 19 at 7 p.m. at the the Farmers Bank Theatre.
Drew Hastings a nationally known comedian, farmer and mayor, that has been preforming for the last 25 years. Hastings has preformed on the Tonightt show, and is a staple on the syndicated Bob & Tom radio show. A lofty city dweller, Hastings left Los Angeles at the age of 50 to take up farming in rural southern Ohio, where he has a cow/calf operation and is best described as “the unlikeliest farmer you have ever met.” As mayor, Hastings served two terms in the rural City of Hillsboro, Ohio, and was known for his politically incorrect candor and opinions.
Jeff Oskay is a stand up comedian and writer out of Indianapolis, Indiana. Oskay is a writer and contributor of the Failed To Mention News for the Bob & Tom show. He is not homeless he is a comedian.
Tickets are on sale now for the Nov. 19 show, and can be purchased by callin the Blakeslee Center at 740-992-2161 Monday through Friday during the box office hours of 1-3 p.m. or can go to their Facebook page “The Blakeslee Center” and go to the “find tickets button.”
Comedy night at the Blakeslee Center is PG-13; therefore, parental guidance is recommended for audience members under the age of 13.
