Veterans Day Program
American Legion Post 39 will host a Veterans Day Program at the Pomeroy levee starting at 11 a.m. on Nov. 11, 2021.
Shroud Encounter
The Shroud Encounter event will be at the First Baptist Church of Racine on Saturday, Nov. 13, 2021 at 7 p.m. with doors opening at 6:30 p.m. The Shroud Encounter is presented by Russ Breault and he discusses the famous Shroud of Turin. The church is located at 404 5th Street in Racine.
Meeting Notice
The Meigs Soil & Water Conservation Distritc Board of Supervisors will hold their regular monthly meeting on Thursday, Nov. 18, 2021, at noon at the district office. The office is located at 113 E. Memorial Drive, Suite D, Pomeroy.
Grinch to Make Appearance
The Grinch is set to make an appearance at Powell’s FoodFair on Nov. 20, 2021 from 10 a.m. to noon. The appearance is in conjunction with fundraising efforts for the local Shop with a Cop program. Raffle tickets for a quilt to benefit the program will be available.
