Tara Dawn Wolfe-Baynard went home to be with the Lord on December 14, 2023. She passed away unexpectedly in her home where she lived with her husband Robert Baynard. She was born on September 28, 1969 to Clarence and Shirley (Jeffers) Wolfe.

Tara was a graduate of Southern High School in Racine, Ohio. Tara graduated from Hocking College with an Associate’s degree in Medical Records as well as a graduate from Rio Grande with an Associate’s degree in Ultrasound Technology.

Tara was preceded in death by her father, Clarence “Tom” Wolfe; and her stepmother, Rosalie Wolfe of Long Bottom, Ohio; her maternal grandparents, Robert and Helen Jeffers of Syracuse Ohio; her paternal grandparents, Manchester and Sylvia Wolfe; her first husband and father of her children, Donnie Freeman of Syracuse, Ohio.

Tara is survived by her husband, Robert Baynard of Racine Ohio; her children, Ashley Freeman (Titus Pierce), Michael Freeman (Ashley Lynn), and Jessica Freeman-Smith; her mother, Shirley; her stepfather, Roger Lude of Syracuse Ohio; her brother, Todd Wolfe (Toni); her stepbrother, Pete Durst; stepsister, Patty Durst; and her grandchildren, whom she loved very much, Allen Will, Hunter and Freya Freeman, Jade Cooperider, Greyson Smith, Brayden Shepherd; several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Tara was a woman with a heart of gold, and always saw the good in everyone.

There will be a Celebration of Life memorial held at Roush Funeral home in Ravenswood WV, on January 6, 2024 at 12 p.m. Please come and celebrate Tara’s life with us. She will be greatly missed by her friends, family, and all those whose lives she touched. Service will be officiated by Brian Cleland.
