Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police’s Major Crimes Division, Missing Persons/Cold Case Section, are seeking the public’s aid in locating 42-year-old Mecal Liza France, who has been reported missing.
France was last seen on Friday, March 14, 2025, along Crabbs Branch Way and Shady Grove Road in Montgomery County. She is described as 5 feet, 9 inches tall, 125 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Her outfit at the time she was last seen remains unknown.
Police are concerned about France’s absence and are requesting anyone with information about her whereabouts to come forward. Anyone with information on Mecal Liza France is asked to call the Montgomery County Police Non-Emergency Line at (301) 279-8000, which is staffed 24 hours a day.
