A man is facing charges in East Pennsboro after a victim reportedly died of a drug overdose.
Police say the victim was found unresponsive in the 300 block of W. Shady Lane at 9:30 a.m. on July 4.
The victim was reportedly taken to a hospital and pronounced dead.
Avelino Cuevas, 23, of Hummelstown, reportedly delivered the substances that caused the overdose.
Cuevas has been charged with drug supply that resulted in death, drugs, unlawful use of a communication facility, and involuntary manslaughter.
