Cleveland Police are asking for the public’s assistance in finding a missing 12-year-old child and a 13-year-old kid.
According to CPD, Jaden Reed and Xyzavier Jackson left their home on the 8200 block of Central Avenue at 6 p.m. on Friday.
Reed was last spotted sporting a blue jacket and joggers. When last seen, Jackson was dressed in black joggers and a black jacket.
According to police, both children have previously gone missing and were last seen near East 79th Street, Euclid Avenue, and East 30th Street.
Anyone with information is requested to contact Cleveland Police at 216-621-1235.
