A man was taken into custody on Tuesday for allegedly tempting a 13-year-old girl in Hamilton Township, according to the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office.
According to FCSO, Fabio Suarez-Moreno, 20, was charged with public indecency and criminal child enticement in connection with the incident on Monday.
According to the sheriff’s office, the girl claimed to have been approached by a man driving a car in the Hamilton Meadows subdivision.
According to the sheriff’s office, the driver was apparently wearing no trousers, stroking himself, and asking the girl to get into the car. The youngster claimed she fled away and informed authorities about the event.
Suarez-Moreno was eventually booked into the James A. Karnes Correctional Center. He was arraigned on Wednesday and granted a $150,000 bond.
The investigation is underway.
