According to police, the defendant, Alex Felizor, 39, of North Miami, drove the victim out of the lane and into oncoming traffic.

As the victim attempted to re-enter the lane, Felizor fired several rounds at his vehicle, one of which exited through his own front windshield, according to officials.

According to the arrest report, the victim’s vehicle had three gunshot holes on the passenger side and a bullet ricochet imprint on the rear upper panel.

Police said the victim handed them cellphone video of Felizor approaching him right after the shooting.

According to the report, Felizor’s vehicle crashed during the shooting.

According to the report, he invoked his rights when authorities questioned him about the shooting.
