The Tucson Police Department is searching for a man who they claim stole money from a Girl Scout and then took off.
According to the TPD, the man in a red hoodie fled Tucson Marketplace after snatching a money jar from a Girl Scout selling cookies on January 19.
Anyone with information on the suspect is requested to phone 88-CRIME.
The TPD reported that Southside officers purchased more than 35 boxes of cookies to brighten the girl’s day.
