A driver was apprehended, and two possible undocumented immigrants were detained following a chase on Interstate 10 in Tucson early Wednesday, Feb. 11.
According to the Arizona DPS, the driver will most certainly face felony flight and human smuggling charges. The two potential undocumented immigrants were detained and turned over to Border Patrol.
According to DPS, it started as a pursuit on Interstate 10, but the suspect car got a flat tire around Massingale and Camino de Oeste. Everyone in the vehicle fled, save for three people who were apprehended.
