The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department (LVMPD) is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying three missing people, one of whom has been missing since last year.
Heidy Cipriani, 41, was last seen in November 2025 and is known to visit the Fremont Street Experience, according to her missing person flyer.
She goes by “XOAS” and “SPINNING LADY” and has hazel eyes and brown hair.
Cipriani has multiple tattoos, including a marijuana leaf on her back, zigzag lines on her left arm and hand, a dripping heart on her right shoulder, and a skull on her right hip.
On Wednesday, February 11, authorities reported that Deedwin Washington, 35, was missing.
