On Tuesday, March 10, the Sheriff’s Office Investigations Bureau issued a wanted intelligence notice, identifying three men with active Orange County Family Court Article 4 warrants for child support cases.
Daniel Dally, 39, is wanted for allegedly owing $56,611.20 in child support. According to authorities, the warrant was signed on November 7, 2025, and investigators are calling for extra attention in the Town of Wawayanda area.
Meanwhile, Matthew Kennedy, 31, is wanted for allegedly owing $53,969.41 in child support. His warrant was signed on January 23, 2026, and officials believe he may be discovered in Walden or the Town of Newburgh.
The third suspect, Charles McDonald, 44, is wanted for allegedly owing $88,539.34 in child support. His warrant was issued on March 24, 2023, and authorities are targeting the City of Newburgh region.
The three men are accused of owing over $198,000 in unpaid child support, according to the Sheriff’s Office.
Officials did not provide any other information on the cases but encouraged anyone with information about the men’s whereabouts to contact the Orange County Sheriff’s Office.
