Three people were robbed while walking through the University of Michigan’s Nichols Arboretum late Thursday evening, according to university police.
The people were walking through the arboretum around 11:45 p.m. on April 9, around the 500 block of Oxford Road, when five people approached them, according to the University of Michigan Division of Public Safety and Security.
During the incident, one of the people drew a revolver, but it was unclear whether they were one of the victims or the putative robbers. Police did not immediately respond to a request for additional information.
Police reported minor injuries. Police scoured the area but were unable to locate the individuals.
Ann Arbor police also helped the University of Michigan police.
