A Riverdale woman who won the top prize of $2 million on the $30 200X the Cash scratch-off had difficulties believing it was real.
“She’s been asking me all the time, ‘Do you think it’s real?'” her husband remarked on April 10, when the couple collected their windfall at Lottery headquarters in Baltimore. She had basically accepted the truth of the situation by the time she filed her claim.
She intends to pay off her mortgage, invest, and travel overseas to visit family.
She bought the life-changing ticket at Riggs Grocery, located at 5405 Kenilworth Avenue in Riverdale, and will get a $2,000 bonus.
The 200X the Cash scratch-off began in December 2025, with five $2 million top prizes, three of which remain. The ticket is part of a collection of scratch-off games that range in price from $1 to $30. Non-winning X the Cash tickets are eligible for a second chance offer to win up to $75,000.
