A man accused of shooting a person twice earlier this month is now in custody and is scheduled to appear before a judge on Friday.
Authorities say Jimmy Small shot the victim twice on April 5.
The shooting took place on Mount Echo Park Drive in Price Hill. Authorities have not yet disclosed what led up to the incident.
