A police pursuit that crossed state lines twice ended in a crash and the arrest of three men Thursday morning.
The crash happened on Phillips near N. Detroit Ave.
Authorities reported the vehicle as stolen, and officers from Toledo Police and Washington Township joined the chase.
After the crash, officials used a drone to locate the three men who fled the vehicle.
