Police are searching for new information and witnesses after a woman was discovered dead on an east Las Vegas sidewalk.
The incident occurred shortly after 8 a.m. on April 21 in the 3500 block of E Bonanza Road, near N Pecos Road, according to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department.
Officers responded to a report of an unresponsive woman and found her with visible injuries. Medical staff attended and pronounced her dead on the scene.
Officers uncovered that the woman had suffered a beating at some point during the night.
The officers are currently looking for any witnesses or video surveillance evidence.
