Webster police said two people were arrested following a traffic stop last Wednesday.
Police say they stopped a rented vehicle suspected of narcotics trafficking about 2:08 a.m.
The vehicle was reportedly carrying Tina Passmore and Kris Fitton, both of Connecticut.
Fitton was detained on outstanding arrest warrants for 2022 and 2023.
Officials say he was also found with five baggies carrying approximately 11 grams of crack cocaine.
Webster police stated they discovered almost 40 grams of crack cocaine and a digital scale in Passmore’s pocketbook. Passmore was also arrested.
Fitton and Passmore, according to police, are charged with cocaine trafficking, conspiracy to violate a narcotics statute, and other offenses.
