A man was arrested on Houston’s north side on Sunday and charged with felony indecency after allegedly breaking into a home in the 13800 block of Napoli Drive and being found in bed with a 13-year-old. The suspect was apprehended at the scene and is in jail while detectives do their investigation.
According to MyTexasDaily, deputies from Constable Mark Herman’s Special Victims Unit came to the house after receiving a plea for help, and the man entered by climbing through a window. According to the site, deputies discovered the suspect in a bedroom with the 13-year-old and arrested him on suspicion of indecency with a child while the case was turned over to detectives.
