A 39-year-old Massachusetts man was stabbed to death near Times Square in New York City on Monday night, according to the NYPD.
Officers responded to the stabbing near 132 W 43rd St. shortly after 11:30 p.m., according to a police spokesperson. First responders discovered the victim with stab wounds in his chest.
The man was rushed to Bellevue Hospital in Manhattan and pronounced deceased, according to the spokeswoman. Three individuals were spotted fleeing the location.
There have been no arrests in relation to the man’s death. Police are waiting for his relatives to identify him before revealing his identity.
No other information regarding the stabbing was immediately available.
