Two Easton officers pursued the suspects on foot and quickly apprehended one of them.
A second suspect was discovered shortly after.
During the search, police discovered a loaded Glock handgun with a 30-round high-capacity magazine.
The suspects have been identified as Ernst Lacrete, 25, of Quincy, and Lavar Benson, 25, of Dorchester.
Both males face charges of house invasion, carrying a firearm without a license, possessing a large-capacity firearm, and carrying a loaded firearm without a license.
An investigation is ongoing, and both individuals are scheduled to be arraigned in Taunton District Court on Wednesday.
