The Cleveland Division of Police Second District is requesting for assistance from the public in identifying a missing man.
Blair Tutstone, 34, was last seen on July 8 near W. 67th Street and Denison Avenue.
He is described by police as 5-feet-7-inches tall, 160 pounds, with black hair and eyes.
