A former Pickens County E911 employee was taken into custody Wednesday on computer tampering charges.
According to court documents obtained by WBRC, Amy Michelle Jones, 41, of Gordo, was arrested on July 22.
According to a complaint filed in Pickens County on the same day, Jones looked up NCIC data on a 2017 Ford F-150 in 2026 and distributed the information for non-law enforcement purposes.
Jones was released from Pickens County Jail Friday on a $5,000 bond.
