A woman and a man wanted in Memphis, Tennessee, were detained this week in Oklahoma City.
The Memphis Safe Task Force said Joseph Harris, 37, and Ashundra Lee, 49, were wanted in connection with a July homicide.
At the time, authorities in Memphis reported that a man had been shot before being hit by a car. He eventually died.
Officials said the suspects fled; police believed they had left Memphis and were later spotted in Arkansas.
However, the two were apprehended Thursday in Oklahoma City.
Both are being held at the Oklahoma County Jail on allegations of being a flight risk.
