A body was discovered Thursday morning inside a police vehicle at a CPD station on the Far South Side.
The body was discovered around 9:15 a.m. in CPD’s 5th district, specifically in the 700 block of East 112th Street.
According to CPD, a man’s body was discovered in the backseat of a brand-new, unused police vehicle. According to police, it has never been in service.
There were no other information revealed, and police stated a death investigation is underway.
