A Clermont County man claimed a coffee stop resulted in a $300,000 Ohio Lottery win.
The winner purchased a Wild Cash Tripler scratch-off ticket at the Speedway on W. Main St. in Amelia, according to the Ohio Lottery. After state and federal tax withholdings, he received $219,750.
The man stated that the prize comes after a rough year that includes major health issues, time off work, and his wife losing her job. He intends to pay off debts, settle his wife’s car loan, assist his sister, and travel to Las Vegas to watch the Eagles perform at Sphere.
Wild Cash Tripler is a $30 scratch-off game with an overall chance of winning of one in 3.13.
