A week-long, cross-country investigation into a murder in Washington and a double homicide in Wisconsin has concluded.
Michael O’Neal Fleming, 33, was detained last night in Chicago. He was wanted for a fatal shooting in Seattle last week and the double homicide of his parents in Kenosha on Monday.
Police were able to locate Fleming after receiving a tip from his twin brother.
