One lucky lottery player in Akron won a $140,000 jackpot after matching all five winning numbers in the Ohio Lottery’s Rolling Cash 5 drawing.
The winning ticket for the September 28 drawing was purchased at BRJ Brothers, located at 986 Carnegie Avenue in Akron.
The winning numbers were: 16, 23, 25, 31, and 34.
The Ohio Lottery said the winner will receive $102,550 after obligatory state and federal tax withholdings.
The odds of winning the Rolling Cash 5 jackpot are one in 575,757.
Rolling Cash 5 is a daily lottery game in which players choose five numbers ranging from 1 to 39. The jackpots begin at $100,000 and continue to roll over until someone wins.
Drawings are held everyday at 7:05 p.m.
