The Oxford Police Department has arrested two people in connection with shoplifting at a Walmart.
The incident happened on October 17.
Officers from the OPD were dispatched to respond to reports of shoplifting at the store.
When authorities arrived, they stopped the two suspects from leaving and detained them.
The suspects have been identified as Theautry Allen (44) and Shalonda Anderson (42). Both suspects come from Greenwood, Mississippi.
Allen had left the store with products, although Anderson had not.
Allen is currently facing charges of felony shoplifting and conspiracy to commit a crime, while Anderson is charged with conspiracy to commit a crime.
The suspects were each brought before a municipal court judge for their first bond hearing.
