On Saturday, November 15, 2025, a PCSO deputy was conducting traffic enforcement on Interstate 4 near Polk City.

Around 10:40 p.m., the deputy observed a black BMW motorcycle driving at high speeds and weaving recklessly across traffic.

The deputy’s radar detected the bike traveling at 113 mph in a 70 mph zone.

A traffic stop was conducted, and the deputy made contact with the motorcycle operator, 41-year-old Odalys Darelis Roman from Orlando.

Ms. Roman stated that she was on her way home and tried to pass the vehicles to avoid an accident.

She asked the deputy to give her simply a warning.

Odalys Roman was arrested, transported to the Sheriff’s Processing Center, and charged with Reckless Driving (M2) and Dangerous Excessive Speeding (M2).

Her motorcycle was hauled away from the site.
